# Scarlett Nantes Carrot

## Growing Instructions
### Sowing
Prepare soil 3 weeks before last spring frost or when soil temps reach ~45°F. Keep soil above seeds from hardening. Sow 1/4" deep, 1-2" apart. Companion: aromatic herbs or onions to repel carrot flies.

10-20 days at 50-85°F
### Care
Thin to 2-4" apart when seedlings reach 2-3". Do not allow soil to dry out. When tops show, cover with mulch to keep tender.
