<p>Today you will race liquids! You will tilt a tray and watch honey, water, and oil slide down. The liquid with low viscosity flows fast. The liquid with high viscosity flows slowly.</p>
<p>You will also layer oil and water. When you pour them together, they do not mix. The oil rises to the top. Water is more dense, so it sinks below the oil. Even if you shake them, they slowly separate again!</p>
<p>Scientists measure liquids carefully. They use measuring cups and timers. Careful measuring makes a fair test. Today you will measure, pour, time, and observe.</p>

<h3>🔬 Experiment 1: Liquid Flow Race</h3>

<p>Tilt the tray on a book. Put one spoonful of each liquid at the top. Say GO and start counting! Time how long each liquid takes to reach the bottom.</p>
