🤝 Fair Rules, Then and Now

Week 26 • Thursday • Founding Ideas in My Life

📖 Reading Time

The Founding Fathers believed in big ideas: fairness, equal treatment, and having a voice. Guess what? You use these same ideas every day!

When your family makes rules together, that is like the leaders meeting in Philadelphia. When you take turns choosing a game, that is fairness. When everyone gets a chance to speak at dinner, that is having a voice.

The Founding Fathers wrote their ideas down so no one would forget them. Families and classrooms write down rules too! Good rules protect everyone and help people get along. Today you will think like a Founding Father and write some fair rules of your own.
