🖋️ Who Were the Founding Fathers?

Week 26 • Monday • The Leaders Who Built a Nation

📖 Reading Time

When America decided to become free, it needed wise leaders to help build the new country. We call these leaders the Founding Fathers.

George Washington led the army and later became the first president. Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence. Benjamin Franklin was an inventor, printer, and wise helper. John Adams spoke bravely for freedom.

The Founding Fathers did not agree on everything. They argued, talked, and listened to each other. But they shared one big dream: a country where the people would rule themselves. This week you will meet these leaders and read their most famous words!
